Its computerized system matches commuters with similar travel patterns and provides a list of other people who could potentially carpool or vanpool together. It will even list possible transit and biking options, where convenient. It's then up to each commuter to make new ride arrangements. Companies can have their employees processed as a group, or employees can individually enter their names in the larger, regional match pool.
